MEC has brought to you a novel concept “Thermal Spray Training”. It is for operator, inspector and skilled persons. Courses are designed for Gas Flame, Arc, Plasma and HVOF Spraying.
 

“Your worker may know how to use thermal spray equipment, but with this training he will learn how to optimized and maintain the equipment at its best, select the feed stock material & inspect the coating. This training will improve the performance of your worker , equipment & reduce consumables. Safety during operation is also highlighted.”

OPERATOR LEVEL-1 (GAS AND ARC SPRAYING)

Duration: - 3 Days
This course is designed to familiarize the operator with theory & practical of wire, powder metalizing , arc spray process and their application in different field.
Course Fee: 9,000 + Service Tax@10.3% participant. (Course Content)
 
 
OPERATOR LEVEL-2 (PLASMA AND HVOF SPRAYING)

Duration: - 3 Days
This course designed to familiarize the operator with theory & practical of Plasma & High Velocity Oxy Fuel Techniques (HVOF) and their application in different field.
Course Fee:  15,000 + Service Tax@10.3% participant. (Course Content)
 

 
INSPECTOR LEVEL-1

Duration: - 1 Days
This course is designed to provide practical knowledge about inspection on parts & samples with relevant national & international standard detail of Gas flame & Arc spraying.
Course Fee :  3,000 + Service Tax@10.3%   participant. (Course Content)
 
 
INSPECTOR LEVEL-2

Duration: - 1 Days
This course is designed to provide practical knowledge about inspection on parts & samples with relevant national & international standard detail of plasma and HVOF spraying.
Course Fee::  7,000 + Service Tax@10.3%  participant. (Course Content)
 
 
HIGH SKILLED LEVEL

Duration: - 2 Days
This course designed to  inspect feedstock material (wire/powder), test coating in metallurgical lab and make as well as check spray parameters.
Course Fee : 15,000 + Service Tax@10.3% participant. (Course Content)
 
CUSTOMISED COURSE

Duration:-Negotiable
This course is custom designed to meet individual needs, specific process, special group maintenance , servicing, testing and quality control. It can be arrange at site also.

Cancellation can be made at any time with 70% charges.
