The training programme is designed to :

Course 1 : Gas Flame & Arc Spraying

 

This three day course is designed to familiarize the personnel with theory of wire, powder metallizing and arc spray process and their applications in different industries.

 

Meant for

 

Personnel involved with Thermal Spraying in industrial sector and educational institutions.

Pre-requisites: Current or anticipated involvement with thermal spray technology.

 

Course 2 : Plasma & HVOF Spraying

 

This is a two day course designed to familiarize the personnel with plasma & high velocity oxy fuel techniques and their applications in different fields.

 

Meant for

 
Advanced personnel involved with thermal spraying technique.

Pre-requisites: A working knowledge of thermal spray fundamentals.

 

Course 3 : Abrasive Blasting & Shot Peening

 

This two day course is designed to familiarize the personnel with theory of various blasting and peening techniques and their utility.

Personnel involved with blasting and peening in industrial sector and educational institutions.

Pre-requisites : No previous course or experience required.

 

Course 4 : Special Training Course

 

These courses are custom designed to meet individual customer needs, such as for specific job, specific process, special group maintenance and servicing, testing and quality control. These courses can be arranged at our Training Centre or at customer's location. For details in regard to course design, class size, location and schedule, please contact TRAINING DEPARTMENT.

 
REGISTRATION INFORMATION
 

  Venue

Training will be conducted at our Training Department at E-101, M.I.A., Phase - II, Basni, Jodhpur - 342005 (India).

  Class Hours

09.30 AM to 05.30 PM

  Enrollment

As the class size is limited, the enrollment is on first come first served basis. MEC operates a minimum class size policy to generate one to one interaction. Early registration is recommended and forms should be sent on or before the 20th of each month for the training scheduled for the succeeding month.

  Course Schedules

Course are conducted in January, April, July and November, of every year. For exact dates, please contact TRAINING OFFICER of MEC.

  Certificate of Completion

A certificate of achievement will be issued to each trainee on completion of course.
