We have a separate HR department , who coordinate with all the HODs and manage the training sessions for the development of individual for errorless work with better career graph and for the apex development of the product and the services. During and after the training session faculty is available for solve any querry and any relevant suffestion to be listen and implemented for the betterment of the individual & the organization.

Mec has a separate excellant technical ream to provide training for outsiders, who are dealingwith our products. The training is designed to keep upto date with present technology and future trends so that trainees are able to transfer this technology to the shop floor. It allow hands -on opportunities to enhnce the class room learning experience and procide and opportunity to share information and experiences with fellow students and our factory personnel.

Mec provides the trainings to the personnel who involved with thermal spraying in industrial sector and educational institutions. Persently the major training sectors are - Gas Flame & Arc Spraying , Plasma & HVOF Spraying , Abrasive Blasting & Shot Peening , Etc...

The training are also designed as per the need of the customers, such as specific job , process , special group , maintenance and servicing, testing and quality control , etc. The training may be imparted at the convinience of the trainees / customers.
