MEC ACOUSTIC CHAMBER

The greatest care should be used in handling to minimize the danger of the dust explosion resulting from HVOF spraying, adequate ventilation must be provided for spray booths and other confined spaces, to prevent the accumulation of fumes and dust. All types of dust having considerable calorific value can be explosive.  This dust includes flour, starch, hard rubber dust, wool flour, aluminum dust and the dust of other metals. Aluminum and magnesium dusts are particularly hazardous. The dust must be wetted down and remain immersed in water. Accumulation of dry or partially wet dust should not be permitted. A MEC-SPRAY BOOTH is recommended to fulfill the requirements of the dust collection of system.

MEC  BLAST ROOM WITH PORTABLE BLASTING MECHINE

The greatest care has been taken in the handling to minimize the danger of the dust explosion resulting from shot blasting, adequate ventilation have be provided for blast room and other confined spaces, to prevent the accumulation of dust. 

Inspect and clean regularly to assure that there is no potentially dangerous accumulation of dust.

All closed collectors should be provided with blow out holes or relief panels. All fans, pipes, dust arresters motors are electrically grounded.

AIR CONTROL UNIT

The air control unit has two filters for removing oil and moisture from the compressed air and a pressure regulator for regulating the air pressure.

GAS CONTROL UNIT

The unit consists of precision two-stage regulators for accurate adjustment of oxygen and fuel gas pressures where continuous, high speed flow is possible.

MANIFOLD is recommended for connecting several gas cylinders together. Additional regulator is supplied for the regulation of nitrogen which is used as a carrier gas to powder feeder.

HOSE KIT

This is a group of three matched high pressure high quality, light weight flexible hoses equipped with proper fittings. 

The hoses have proper fittings at both sides to connect the control panel & gun distinctly. Initially hoses will be connected to control console and the hoses blown out at low pressure before the gun is connected.

 

LPG VAPORIZER

LPG VAPORIZER is attached to the system to convert the liquefied fuel into vaporized state to get the precise combustion process.

In this system the temperature can be adjusted according to the process requirements and it leads to the accurate melting of particles.

WATER JAM BOX

It has been designed to control the water flow and temperature of the cooling system,

if the temperature is exceeded to a level the system will shutdown the coating process, user can find out the temperature of the cooling water by using this system.

EXTENTION NOZZLE

This is an attachment to the spray gun to provide internal coatings of the bores and mould cavities. Coating can be possible in internal diameters of 200mm. Designed to withstand high temperatures.

Produces comparative coating characteristics without compromising the actual spray coating characteristics.

Extention Nozzle are avaible for HVOF, LVOF, Powder, arcspray.

WATER COOLED JACKET

Water cooled jacket is used as an attachment to the spray gun for additional cooling of the gun when the working temperatures are too high.

GAS MANIFOLD

For uniform flow throughout the process and uninterrupted gas supply is required. Single cylinder may not fulfill the need of the coating process. 

To overcome this problem a GAS MANIFOLD is introduced to take gas from number of cylinders and sent to the gun consistently.

AJ AIR BLAST COOLING UNIT

While coating the surface of the substrate, gets heated rapidly and this leads to interrupt the process.

In order to overcome this problem MEC introduced an Air Blast Cooling Unit to propel air on to the surface of the substrate while the spraying is in-process. This prevents overheating of the substrate.
