| MEC is introducing exclusively new Arc Spray Model: 96 for high production output users, which is upgraded version of model: 95. MEC has PATENT for this new Spray gun. |
Some salient features of high tech ARCJET-96/600 system are.
| 1. Air cooling system is highly modernized as it keeps air cap, nozzle positioner and spray head cool, thus preventing overheating at high amperes which increases its life. |
| 2.Control Console is integral part of power source with ergonomically placed controls & displays. |
| 3.Spray rate is 60 Kg/hr of zinc, 11 Kg/hr Aluminum wire and 15 Kg/hr of steel wire. |
| 4.MEC also supplies imported wires in spools & drums with layer to layer winding .This gives continuous spray till wire exhausts. |
